We used these to install into concrete tools a tarp when we have get-togethers. They hold excellent, and have not had an issue with one yet. We were going to use concrete filler to hold them in place. But when we installed the first one, with the plastic expanders that come with them; they were 100% solid. No filler needed. If I need more, I will stick with this brand.
